As part of the quest the big finish, the guys have asked me to locate the builders paint needed for maintaing the final rune. Where is it?

The builders paint can be found in a cave that is south of the tower. You will find a breakable wooden door at the side of a rock edge? Break it and go inside and you will find what you are looking for. The map marker below was taken when I was inside the cave.

I got the builders paint but there is a tear in that room i didnt get and the door wont open back into that room am i SOL now or can i get back in there
