Where is Jack's tie clip?

I am stuck inside the apartment. I have looked in all the rooms for things that I can interact with and nothing seems to show the tie clip or give me some clues as to where I can find it. Where is Jack’s tie clip?

You will find the tie clip in the office room. She says it’s jack’s room when you walk in. Door on the left before your old bedroom. There are some medals on the wall. On the counter below is the box with the tie clip. Interact with it to progress and leave the apartment
