I have obtained the milk and need to craft milk. I can’t do this until I get pure water. This was hard enough to come across the first time I played as Arthur. Is there a place to find some for sure without me having to search the entire town for it?

If you go down to the kitchen area you will find a water purifier on the counter top. The sink will give you some dirty water and you can clean it using the purifier. You will be able to use it three or four times before it runs out. You can craft a new filter whenever you need one. I don’t remember the ingredients but I don’t think they were anything rare.
