The professor called me to the lab and said he wanted to upgrade the poltergust but toad was missing. What floor is he on, I don’t know how to find him.

He is in the boiler area. Floor B2 if you are using the elevator. Here’s how to find him.
- Exit the elevator and follow the room. 2 ghosts will be near the door. Run over and go through this door.
- You will now be in a larger room with a rotating platform and water. Stay away from this and go down. There is a door in the bottom left corner of the screen near a table. Open this.
- Inside this room, smash the wooden boxes using the plunger and a smash attack. You will see there are two green pipes. Use Gooigi on the left pipe.
- You will be inside a secret room now. Use the valve on the side where Luigi is to alter the water if needed.
- Go over to the box and use the slam attack. R+L. Toad will be inside here.
- Suck up toad and shoot him over to Luigi.
- You can head back to the elevator now.
