There is a trophy called “BREAKING NEWS” that requires you to keep up to date Jeremy Eagle, but I have beaten the game twice now and I have yet to come across any character with this name. Where can I find Jeremy Eagle?

He isnt really a character. When you are in the woodlands level, there is a little birdhouse with a TV inside. Im not sure how close you need to be to it, but i stuck my head into the house. There is a news anchor on the TV that is a bald eagle, i guess this is the guy. When you visit the woodlands the second time around, check the TV again and after a minute of looking through all the slides on the TV the trophy will pop.
