The quest from Sidon asked me to find the historian Jiahto but the quest marker has not updated to show me where to find him. Where can I find him?

The quest log and speaking to Sidon will tell you that he is down by Toto lake. If you check the map, you will be able to find it to the northeast of your current location. The map below will show you where to find the lake. Make your way here and you will find Jiahto.
