You might want to check this link for more info: https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Plan:_Ultracite_jet_pack. Sometimes these mods show up at player vendors too, so keep an eye out!

I actually have the Ultracite Jetpack mod for sale in my vendor for just 1 cap! It’s super handy. You can also find the mod as a drop from fighting the Queen, so that’s another option to consider.

In most player vendors, you’ll typically find Ultracite plans available everywhere. But just a heads up, I think you’re looking for the mod itself, not the plans, right?

If you’re really searching for it, people used to dump mods in random suitcases around Watoga. Not sure if that’s still the case, but it’s worth checking!
