I’ve reached revered status with the Arakkoa Outcasts, and I’m eager to check out their vendor. However, I can’t seem to locate them. Do I need to complete the Arakkoa quest line to access the vendor? My character is currently progressing through Warlords of Draenor.

I thought he was in Ashran too, but I’ve also searched Stormshield and Tanaan without luck. It might be worth looking again in those areas, or maybe ask others around if they know any specific spots!
The vendor is usually found in Ashran, but there might also be one in Tanaan Jungle. It can be a bit tricky to spot them since they’re often tucked away in less noticeable spots. I’d check both those locations just in case!
