I was out by Starks Pond and I found Ned’s PO box key in a box next to a fishing rod. I went to Ned in the gun shop, but it didn’t trigger a quest. I went to the post office to see if the box was there, but there was nothing. I checked the bank and the U Haul place and couldn’t find anywhere to use this key. What is the purpose of this key? Where can I find Neds PO box key?
