Recently, when the PlayStation servers went down, they mentioned that subscribers would get an extra five days added to their PS Plus subscriptions. I’m wondering where I can find this credit or confirmation of those extra days.

It’s supposed to be automatic, as I received my extra days already. Just check your transaction history—you might find that it’s already been applied, even if you don’t see it right away.
You should automatically see those five extra days added to your subscription end date. If you check your account, it should reflect that extension.
Same here. I even got an email saying there was a payment issue, so no extra days for me.
That didn’t work for me; my subscription actually ended a week ago, and I didn’t get any extra days added.

I haven’t noticed any changes to my account yet—kind of hoping it stays that way because I don’t want my end date altered.
That can’t be true; the outage was earlier this month, and I was a PS Plus member before that.
