Where can I find Marine wetsuit plans?

Hey everyone! I’m a newbie in the game and I really need the plans for the Marine wetsuit. I’m a bit strapped for caps—like, a messy 100 caps if anyone’s selling. If not, what’s the best place or method to find these plans? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Check out the location at Moonshine, there’s a workbench in the shed where I found the plans! It might be a good spot for you to start looking for them.

You can also find the plans at Harpers Ferry in a display case, but it involves a lot of server hopping to get them. Good luck out there!

The most I’ve gotten comes from the daily quest where you check three sites in the Mire and upload to the computer at Hunter’s Shack. It’s called ‘Queen of the Hunt’ but be warned, it’s kind of buggy and rarely shows up on the Pip-Boy.
