Hey folks! I’m back with another question about Warframe. I just reached MR 15 and I’m absolutely loving Wisp Prime, but I’ve been browsing Overframe for builds and I’m not impressed. The comment sections are a mess, filled with negative feedback like ‘why is this mod included?’ or ‘this build is terrible,’ even on the most upvoted ones! I’d like to explore some other sources for build crafting. I’ve checked out YouTube, but I’m not sure who the top content creators are. Can anyone recommend trustworthy sites or creators for finding solid builds that are backed by real, helpful comments?

When crafting your builds, I usually focus on the most useful ability and what stats will benefit that the most. I prioritize survivability too—I’m a fan of shield gating. So, just see what works best for you and go with it!
For YouTube, I’d recommend checking out TheKengineer and ninjase on Overframe. Ninjase focuses on higher-level play and gives detailed explanations, which is super helpful for understanding the builds. Plus, you can also ask for help here; lots of people love sharing their builds! Unfortunately, I can’t help with Wisp builds myself, but you’ll find plenty of enthusiasts around!
I like Overframe, but it’s true that not everyone’s experience will match yours. It’s a good starting point, but make sure to play test builds you find and tweak them to fit your style! There’s no one-size-fits-all in Warframe; experimenting is key!
I really like MCGamerCZ’s YouTube channel. He does a great job explaining his testing process for weapon builds and the reasons behind his choices. His videos focus more on personal playstyle, which is a good reminder not to ignore the quality-of-life aspects of modding your gear!
YouTube can be great, but don’t forget the basics of weapon modding! For primaries, I suggest starting with Serration, Multishot mods, and some key elemental mods. There are definitely foundational mods to keep in mind, regardless of your playstyle. Adjusting to what feels right for you is essential, so don’t be afraid to experiment!
I get that! Sometimes the comments can be discouraging when builds that look solid are criticized. I just want to make sure my investment in endo leads to something worthwhile.
I’ve seen a build for Saryn that I’m considering, but there’s a lot of mixed feedback. How do you handle the risks of investing in a build that might not work?!
