Where are power armor station plans?

I have two power armor suits in my stash now. I have been doing lots of quests and I always go hunting for plans when I am out exploring. I still have not found plans for a power armor station. Is there a place where I am guaranteed to get one?

There are a few places to find it. The best location is to go to Whitesprings. There may be a few high level enemies in the area but once you get inside everything is calm and easy. Head to the brotherhood vendor here and you will be able to purchase plans to build a power armor station. It should always be in stock so this is the easiest place to go to get it.
