Where abouts Is Notts In Rito Village?

I am trying to do the shrine quest in Rito Village and i need to find Notts, but I am not having any luck.

You will need to head to ward the top of the village, you can find Notts singing above the armor shop on the cliff. He shouldn’t be too hard. If you get to the armor shop, you should be able to follow the singing if you don’t see him right away.
