Hey everyone! I’m currently at level 45 with my Dragonknight and I’ve been mostly focusing on the story and side quests, along with some daily dungeon runs. I’m beginning to feel that my build isn’t quite optimized, and since this is my first character, I’m considering refining it. I’ve put a lot of time into this Dragonknight, so I don’t want to delete it, but I’m curious about the whole re-spec process. When can I change my skill points or adjust my magicka, health, and stamina?

You can redo your setup at respec shrines in all the major cities whenever you feel like it. Just pop in and reset things!
You can also re-spec for free at an armory station if you have an open slot without a saved build. All your attributes and skills clear up then! Just remember to reconfigure your mundus, champion points, outfits, etc.
There’s a respec shrine right next to the Elden Root way shrine too, super convenient!
You can re-spec pretty much whenever you want! Just grab some re-spec scrolls or visit the altars in capital cities to change things up with gold. Super easy! Although, at level 50, you get re-spec scrolls for both your skills and stats for free too!
Exactly! Just keep an eye out for those free re-spec scrolls, they really help.
If you start feeling weaker around levels 40-45, just remember the game scales up. Once you hit level 50, you’ll get free re-spec scrolls or you can pay 5k at an altar in your capital. Just focus on one stat, either all magicka or all stamina, to make things smoother. Most players change builds a lot after level 50 while exploring different options!
Yeah, sticking to one stat really helps balance things out!
I’d suggest grinding to champion point 160, then look up builds that fit your style! You’ll likely re-spec a bunch anyway as you experiment.
So true! Free re-specs are the best! Just use them often.
