I’m super excited about getting the Xbox Ally X and even considering selling some of my gear, including my original Z1e Asus Rog Ally, to help fund it. Anyone have thoughts on when pre-orders might go live?

Honestly, it’s not like this device will sell out fast at that price point, so I don’t think pre-ordering is necessary.
They mentioned that it will be available during the “Holiday” season, which makes me think November is a likely target. So, I’d guess we might see pre-orders starting in September.
I think pre-orders will start after tomorrow, but definitely before the Xbox Ally X is officially released.
God damn it, you’re exactly right!
I wouldn’t be surprised if they announce pre-orders at Gamescom.
