I’ve been wondering where you all draw the line with kindness in Helldivers. I’m usually pretty chill unless someone starts teamkilling or griefing, or they expect me to drop everything just because they ping their bunkers. I mean, if you’re grinding for Super Credits, maybe try a lower difficulty?
Just earlier, a player took my FRV for a joyride while I was busy clearing bases. It was funny for the first round, but then he came back honking, and I ended up kicking him. I get that some players are laid back about others using their stuff, but aren’t we justified in kicking or grieving those who take equipment without asking? What do you guys think? Oh, and can we talk about those players who spam the free 380mm without considering safety distances?

Honestly, I usually don’t kick anyone unless they’re intentionally sabotaging the mission. If someone takes my stuff, I just ask for it back, and most times, they drop it without a fuss. It’s all about communication, right?
Yeah, I get triggered when someone consistently messes up our team. Like, if you’re calling supplies while we’re all together and you’re off doing your own thing, that’s just malicious. I don’t kick on the first offense, but after a couple of times, you’re gone!
I feel like it’s not a big deal. I just roll with whatever as long as it doesn’t screw everyone over. If you’re constantly getting us killed, maybe it’s time to kick, but otherwise, I just shake my head and continue!
Totally agree! It’s situational, though. Sometimes, you just have to assess what’s happening, like when you’re in a pinch and need supplies, but I get kicking for repeat offenders.
