I’m curious to know about the oldest Pokémon game any of you still have in your collection! Personally, I still hold on to my cherished Pokémon Red for the Gameboy Color. It brings back so much nostalgia! I also have Silver and Emerald. There’s something magical about revisiting those early games, especially remembering the struggle of playing in the dark back when I was a kid in the mid-2000s. What about you all?

I’ve got the original Blue version stashed away! Sadly, I don’t even have a Gameboy to play it on anymore. I hope it still works, but I’m not sure!
Same! I still own my Gameboy Color with stickers all over it, but I never thought to replace the batteries in my old games.
I own Pokémon Gold and I bought it back in 2002 with my own allowance. I wish I could still play it, but the battery died, so I can’t save anymore. Sad times!
Right?! I still have my Gold, but it’s been collecting dust. I can’t bear to let it go though.
Man, the nostalgia! I’ve also had that happen with my Gold. It’s a shame when those batteries die after all those childhood memories.
I’ve got my Pokémon Sapphire from way back! It doesn’t work anymore, but it was my first game, so I keep it for the memories despite its condition.
My first Pokémon game was definitely Pokémon Yellow! I still remember getting it as a kid and playing it with my old Gameboy Advance. It still works, but the battery’s been acting up lately.
That’s awesome! The nostalgia is real. I wish I had my original copy of Yellow, but I can still feel the magic when I replay it on my 3DS.
That’s a bummer! My Blue save still worked last time I checked, but I can totally relate. Hopefully you can get your hands on an old Gameboy again.
