What's the Deal with Zero Perk on Peaky Blinders Figures?

-

I’m curious about the zero perk situation for Peaky Blinders figures. Wasn’t there supposed to be something regarding crew skills after the rework? Has anyone noticed if we can still get a crew with zero skills?

After the crew skill rework, having a crew with zero skills is pretty much a thing of the past. With the new maximum of six skills, you shouldn’t expect to find a brand-new crew with zero skills anymore.

Nope, it looks like the zero skill Built-in Ability (BiA) is no longer available since it was taken out by WG. Honestly, I’m not even interested in grinding the crew or spending money for extra missions. Seems pointless for a reskin.

Honestly, I think this whole situation is kind of a scam. If you don’t play a premium tank enough, you’re never going to see that sixth crew skill. It feels like a stealth nerf that wasn’t properly communicated when the rework was tested, and that just rubs me the wrong way.
