I’ve always heard about Fabius Bile and his terrifying creations, but I’m curious about what exactly these ‘New Men’ and other mutants look like. Aside from the Noise Marines, I haven’t come across many descriptions or artwork of his other works. I know he has a whole warband of genetic monstrosities, and I’d love to learn more about them!

The ‘New Men’ are kinda like regular humans but with some serious upgrades—they’re stronger, smarter, and have a structure where they see Bile as a father figure, much like how Space Marines see their primarchs. If you check out the Fabius Bile trilogy, there’re a few characters that are New Men, but unfortunately, there’s not a ton of detail on his other creations aside from his Chirurgeon device that sometimes does its own thing.
That makes sense! Their design probably helps them fit into human society better. I’d love to see more about Bile and his creations developed further, maybe even as their own faction!
