Hey everyone! I’ve been on a gaming journey, setting a personal challenge to create a brand new account and grind my way from 0 to 30 mastery, and I’m halfway there at mastery rank 15! After taking a break for a couple of months, I’m starting to feel like my weapon options are lacking. I’m curious about how the Coda weapons are performing right now. Back when I was playing more consistently, weapons like Felarx, Latum, and Innodem were considered the best, and Mausolon was the go-to for Archwing and Necromech. I think there was also an Operator setup around 1.1.7. I’ve been doing some digging online and watching creator channels, but I’m still a bit confused. Oh, and I have to mention that I’m a fan of Kullervo, Dante, and Dagath. I was particularly surprised to see the Hate and Dread mods when I came back! Can anyone catch me up on what’s changed with the Coda weapons?

The Coda weapons are actually pretty fun! They come with some genuinely good unique modifiers. I’m loving the Coda Motovore, even though it’s not the most meta melee option. It could be close to the Incarnons but it’s still solid and loads of fun to use! Just a heads up though, the new Coda gear is MR17 locked, so you’ll need to level up a bit more before you can access them.
If you missed Okina and Sybaris incarnons, you’re in for a treat because those were really cool! The Coda weapons have a bit of a mixed reputation. They tend to either be super quirky or just plain, but the damage output is definitely there.
Yeah, I missed those two as well! I’m looking at making a Prisma Toxic Skana Incarnon build for melee. I also have a Burston Prime, but I’m not sure how effective it is.
