I’m trying to figure out the quickest way to obtain Mataiodoxia. I know Rahool can help with this, but I need to max out his level first. How much experience do I need to level him up, and are there any other methods to acquire it?

Resetting Rahool and using a Cipher is a nifty trick! It shaves off some time. Also, remember that you can speed up the process by getting exotics from ritual activities and Xur. It really helps level him up quicker.
You can level up Rahool by focusing on his reputation gains or by completing the Final Shape legendary campaign, which is a solid option. Just keep grinding those activities that give you engrams and you’ll be stacking up the rep in no time!
Last season, I had to focus on specific exotics about 8 or 9 times to max out Rahool. That means you’ll be needing quite a bit of golf balls and glimmer too, so prepare to invest a little. It’s definitely worth it for such a good exotic!
Honestly, there isn’t really a better way to get Mataiodoxia other than what Rahool offers. If you can, try to gather more Prime engrams across your characters; they’ll help in leveling him up faster and getting to that sweet loot!
