Hey everyone! I’m an MR 24 player with about 1,000 hours in Warframe, but I haven’t played since around 2019. I know there have been a ton of changes over the years, and while I’ve kept up with some headline news on new Warframes and abilities, my understanding of the core mechanics is pretty outdated. I’m looking for a guide or resource that digs deep into these mechanical changes. Can anyone recommend an in-depth returning players guide? It seems like most I’ve found focus more on new quests and Warframes, but I really need to refresh my knowledge on things like modding, status effects, the Helminth system, and any upgrades to other systems like Aya and Regal Aya. It’s been a long time, and I feel lost! How can I best catch up?

Hey! I totally get where you’re coming from. A great resource I found is a website called Browse WF ([browse.wf](https://browse.wf)), which is super handy for checking out specific mechanics. Also, I’d suggest replaying the quests in order. The game starts with Awakening, so that’s a good starting point. It’s pretty easy at first, which will help you ease back into things without getting too frustrated.
Make sure to check out the official DE quest guide to follow the suggested order. Some things to keep in mind: it’s okay to feel lost at first! Just take your time to learn the modding and movement systems, as they’re key to improving your gameplay. Don’t stress about trading or meta builds right away; get comfortable with the game first!
Yeah, for sure! Just enjoy the journey of getting back into it. The game has a lot of content, and you’ll pick it up as you go along. Focus on the journey, not necessarily maxing everything out!
