Hey everyone! With the recent update that modified the Dire Taken, I’ve been trying to figure out the best solo DPS strategy for taking down the Phalanx Echo in Prophecy. I’ve noticed that the old Phalanx Echo holds its shield better, making it a challenge. I’ve been experimenting with a rotation using a Prismatic Warlock with Witherhoard, along with a Psychopomp and a Cynosure that has Envious Arsenal, but I’m struggling to get it to work efficiently. Any tips on how to nail the one-phase takedown?

There isn’t exactly a set strategy, but I’ve had success with a couple of builds lately. You might try running a Well of Radiance Warlock with Sanguine Alchemy while using the Lord of Wolves for damage. Alternatively, an Arc Titan with Cuirass of the Falling Star and the Legend of Acrius works well too. I think an Arc Titan with Barrow Dyad would be really strong as well!
If you’re playing as a Warlock, it’s actually pretty straightforward! Just drop a Well of Radiance and go in with a sword. The Well will go through his shield’s immunity as well as the shields from the goblins that pop up. If you’ve got a decent sword, you should be able to pull off a one-phase easily.
