I’ve finally decided to dive into the Halo series, but I’m not sure which games I should play and in what order. I know, I know—I should’ve started this sooner, but my parents were strict about my gaming time, and then I just got busy with other games like Titanfall 2 and The Last of Us. So, can anyone help me out with the best sequence to play through all the Halo titles?

I recommend playing in release order: start with Halo: Combat Evolved, then Halo 2, followed by Halo 3, ODST, Reach, Halo 4, Halo 5, and finally, Halo Infinite. If you grab the Master Chief Collection, it’s the easiest way to play through the main trilogy and enjoy all the games!
