I’m wondering what the usual response time is for Bethesda support when it comes to tickets, especially regarding purchases from the Atomic Shop. This is my first time reaching out to them, and I’m just curious how long it typically takes for them to get back to you.

Make sure to check your spam or junk folder! Their first response is usually automated, so you’ll need to reply to give them permission to deduct atoms for your purchase.
I submitted my ticket on Thursday evening for two items and replied right away to give the thumbs up for the atom removal. By 8 PM, I already got the email confirming my items were granted!
I’ve seen responses come in anywhere from an hour to the max of three weeks, so it really depends on their workload.
Do you have to reply to their email? I didn’t see a link in mine.
In my experience, it really varies. I’ve had replies within 30 minutes, but I’ve also waited up to two days. It’s pretty much a toss-up!
