I recently purchased the Golden Road Deluxe expansion but I didn’t receive some of the items that were supposed to be included. Can someone guide me on how to access those items and get into that part of the game? Thanks!

A lot of the items might need to be claimed from the Crown Store, while others can be found in your mailbox or Collections. Make sure to check all these places!
With the Deluxe version, you should unlock a mount, a pet, an outfit, a memento, and some emotes. These should show up in your Collections menu, and typically a notification will pop up when new items are added. If you didn’t buy the Deluxe version, check your map and navigate to West Weald to see if you can start that chapter. Fast travel using the available wayshrines is the easiest way! You can also enter from different points like Craglorn or Gold Coast.
Once you get past the tutorial area and into your faction’s starting zone (like Bleakrock), you should see notifications for any items you received. They could be waiting for you after you complete that initial phase.
