Hey everyone! I haven’t played Fallout 76 since basically the first week it came out. Back then, it was a complete mess with bugs and lag, but I recently saw the trailer for the new fishing expansion and decided to give it another shot. I’ve heard you can even play as a ghoul now! What should I expect when I log back in after all this time? Is it still buggy or has it improved?

You’ve missed a lot! The game took a while to stabilize, but now it’s pretty enjoyable. Just remember, if you left because of bugs, don’t expect a fully polished experience. There are still some hiccups here and there.
Good news and bad news for ya! You’ll have a lot more to explore, but it’s still got some of that classic Bethesda charm—meaning it can be buggy and laggy at times. Welcome back, and enjoy those fishing trips!
Oh man, you’re in for quite a surprise! The game has changed a lot since you last played. The isolation feeling is mostly gone, as there are a lot more players around now. Not to mention, there’s way more content than before, with new quests and NPCs. Just be prepared that while they’ve made improvements, you might still encounter bugs and lag since it’s a Bethesda title.
Honestly, it’s like a different game compared to what you remember. You’ll still face some bugs—don’t expect a totally smooth ride—but it’s a lot more stable than it used to be. Just be ready for a mixed bag of fun and frustration!
You can definitely check out the entire history of the game to see the changes. They’ve made tons of patches, and yeah, you can be a ghoul now! Just keep in mind it might still be a bit buggy compared to some games.
