Hey everyone! So, I had a bit of a scare when my PC got wet during a storm. I left the window open and some rain splashed onto the front fans and the glass side panel, but thankfully, it wasn’t plugged in at the time. I checked inside, and there’s no visible water or dirt, just the usual dust.
I removed the glass, back, and front panels for a better look, but I didn’t take the whole thing apart since I’m not too sure I could put it back together. I’m really worried about the power supply since I didn’t take it out, and I can’t tell if the bottom of the case is just cold or actually wet.
Do you guys think I should clean it with isopropyl alcohol even if it doesn’t look dirty? Plus, how long should I let it dry before I even think about turning it back on? No rush on my end, just trying to be smart about it!

You should definitely let it dry fully for a while, especially if there’s no visible corrosion. A good 24 hours should be enough given your description. Before that, it’s smart to tip the PC just a little to see if any water drips out. Better safe than sorry!
