Hey everyone! I’m diving into my first playthrough as an Imperial Spellsword and loving it so far. I’ve just taken over as the Lord of a Castle and I’m eager to make the most of my experience. Are there any specific quests I should tackle before I level up too much or get too deep into the main questline? Also, I’ve been struggling with being over-encumbered all the time. Are there any good chests or storage spots I can use to keep my equipment? It takes forever to walk to a merchant!

For storage, you have plenty of options in Oblivion. You can find containers in various places to stash your gear. Check out the UESP wiki for a list of all container locations! It’ll really help you manage your inventory better.
Definitely check out the various side quests before heading too far into the main story! Just chatting with townsfolk and asking about rumors can lead you to some hidden gems. Also, polite dialogue options often unlock additional quests, so make sure to be nice when talking to NPCs.
