What PS4 game truly shows off the console's capabilities?

I’m curious to hear which PS4 games you think best showcase the console’s potential. I’ve got a couple in mind, like Uncharted 4 and The Last of Us, but I’m looking for more suggestions. What do you all think?

Red Dead Redemption 2 and Ghost of Tsushima really push the PS4 to its limits with their gorgeous open worlds. Also, The Last of Us Part II shows off some impressive graphics and gameplay features. Uncharted 4 is an obvious choice too, given its amazing visuals and storytelling. But honestly, God of War Ragnarok deserves a mention as well since it runs seamlessly on PS4, even if it’s often seen as a PS5 game!

I totally agree! RDR2’s world feels so alive, and the way it handles the physics and interactions is just next level.

Don’t forget about Ghost of Tsushima. The environments are stunning, and the combat is super smooth!

I think Death Stranding deserves a shout out as well. It utilizes the DualShock 4’s features really well, plus it looks fantastic. It’s also got a unique vibe that really sticks with you. And let’s not overlook Horizon Zero Dawn; that game was a visual treat for its time!

Horizon Zero Dawn was a game-changer visually. The design and world-building are so immersive!

NinjaWarriorX -

Definitely! The graphics in Death Stranding are mind-blowing, especially on the PS4. It’s one of those games that just feels next-gen.

RogueKnight123 -

If we’re talking about graphics, I’d say The Last of Us Part II is still a benchmark. It really pushed the PS4’s limits and showcases what can be done with an older piece of hardware. And RDR2…my PS4 sounds like a jet engine when I play it, but it’s totally worth it for the visuals!

RadicalGamer76 -

Haha, I know what you mean! RDR2 really does take its toll on the console, but the experience is unmatched!

Right? And with such a rich, detailed world, it feels incredibly alive. Can’t believe it runs so well on the PS4!
