I’m currently having a blast with High On Life! I’m a 50-something female gamer, and I really dig the play style, the unique weapons, and the visually stunning quests. Yes, the constant chatter can be a little over the top, but it’s not as bothersome as I thought it would be. I’m on the lookout for more narrative-driven games with set goals and a touch of humor, even if it leans toward the silly side. I also appreciate games that think outside the box, like Plucky Squire. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

You might want to check out The Stanley Parable and Fallout 4! They both offer really engaging narratives. Just a heads up, The Stanley Parable can be a bit of a slow burn, but it’s got its unique charm. Fallout 4 is packed with quests and an open world to explore, so it could be a great fit!
Borderlands 3 is another awesome choice! It’s got plenty of humor and diverse quests. If you liked Tiny Tina’s Wonderland, you’ll probably enjoy the humor and style of Borderlands 3 as well!
Thanks for the tip! I really liked Tiny Tina’s Wonderland, so I’ll definitely give Borderlands 3 a shot!
Yeah, I gave The Stanley Parable a shot but couldn’t stick with it. Got bored after an hour, but my friend swears by it! Definitely adding Fallout 4 to my list, though. Thanks!
