I’m looking for some fun multiplayer mobile games that I can enjoy with my partner, who isn’t really into gaming. We’ve played Among Us, but it’s hard to socialize since we can’t switch apps without disconnecting, and our time zone differences make calls tricky. I prefer games that are easy to pick up and great for chatting while we play. Co-op games would be awesome, but I know options on mobile can be limited. Minecraft and Terraria sound cool but might be too complex for them to learn remotely. I’ve thought about Clash Royale but worry it’ll be too tough to get into. Any suggestions?

How about trying Sky: Children of the Light? It has an in-game chat feature, which makes it super easy to socialize, and it’s really chill to explore together. Plus, it’s designed to be accessible for new players!
Consider Stardew Valley! It’s available on mobile and has a calming vibe. It’s great for chatting while farming and has enough activities to keep you both engaged. It might take a little time for you to get the hang of it, so you can teach your partner as you play!
Thanks! I think I’ll need some practice myself before introducing it.
You might like Battle for Polytopia. It’s a strategy game that doesn’t require fast reflexes, so it could be a good fit for your partner. Just a heads-up, you’ll have to buy at least one tribe for multiplayer, and I’m not sure if it lets you switch apps without dropping out.
That sounds fun! But is it a heavy game? I’m worried they might find it overwhelming to learn.
