I used to have Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, which I got for free through Xbox Live Gold a few years back. It was one of those offers where they gave away games, and I downloaded it, along with purchasing the DLC. However, it’s no longer showing up in my library now that I’ve re-downloaded it. I’ve canceled my Gold subscription before and still had access to my library, but this time it’s just gone. Can anyone help me figure out why this happened? It’s definitely linked to my account since I owned it when Gold offered it for free.

Make sure you’re logged into the correct account! The game should be available as long as you’re using the same profile where you originally claimed it. You only need the subscription for Xbox One games that were claimed with Gold, so if you had it for years without needing Gold, it should still be accessible.
It sounds like you might need an Xbox Game Pass Core subscription to access games from Xbox Live Gold now, especially if you’re trying to play titles from the Xbox One era. Just a heads up, 360 games you owned should still show up, but newer stuff might require the subscription to be active.
You keep saying you ‘own it,’ but just a reminder that with digital games, it’s more about the license to play. If the game isn’t appearing in your library, it could be a glitch or an issue with your account’s license management, but I’m really not sure what’s going on. Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable can help you further!
