I am looking for some fun games to play on my less-than-stellar PC setup. I’ve got an older pre-built machine rocking a GT 710 and an i5 2400. I’m currently enjoying games like Into the Breach, Ring of Pain, and Crying Suns, but I’m in search of more casual or turn-based games that don’t demand too much from my system. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you haven’t tried it yet, the original Mount and Blade might be worth checking out. It’s a bit old but still a fun experience with its mix of strategy and RPG elements.
Rekindle’s another one to consider. It’s got its quirks but doesn’t demand much from your system. Perfect if you’re into casual fun.
Seems intriguing, I’ll definitely check it out. Thanks for pointing me in its direction!
You should totally check out FTL! It’s a really cool strategy game, and it runs on pretty much anything. Tons of replayability too!
Looks like a solid pick, I’ll give it a shot. Really appreciate it, thanks!
You might enjoy some classic RPGs like the Baldur’s Gate series (BG1 and BG2), they’re great for low-spec PCs. Also, the original Fallout games are perfect if you like a post-apocalyptic vibe. For something a bit different, Moonring is a free RPG that’s pretty lightweight. And if you haven’t tried Undertale yet, give it a whirl!
I’ve seen my brother dive into BG3, so starting with the first sounds fantastic. Undertale’s been on my radar too, so I’ll add it to the list. Cheers for the suggestions!
Had a peek at it and it doesn’t seem like my thing, but thanks for throwing an idea my way!
