Hey everyone, I’m on a bit of a gaming spree lately! I’ve been playing Khazan, Lies of P, and Stellar Blade, while also diving back into Ghost of Tsushima and Spiderman 2 when I can. I checked out a quick game called Bright Memory recently, which was pretty fun. I grew up with FPS and PvP games like Goldeneye, Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros, and Starfox. My uncle introduced me to the original King’s Field and Final Fantasy 7, which sparked my love for gaming, and I hope to pass that on to my nephew. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed the GTA series, God of War, and Devil May Cry. I just got a PS5, my first console since the PS2, so I’m looking to discover some great games I missed during my gaming hiatus from ’07 to ’15. I’ve also started streaming, so I’d appreciate any game suggestions you all have!

I’m playing Oblivion for the first time, and it’s a throwback! Have you played any Elder Scrolls yet? They’re classics!
As a fellow old man, I’ve been loving the Tomb Raider reboot games. They really made me appreciate 3rd person action games.
Haha, thanks for the recommendation! I’ll have to try Tomb Raider, because it’s been on my radar for a while.
If you played Khazan and Lies of P, you shouldn’t miss the Dark Souls trilogy. The progression from 1 to 3 is awesome! Also, Horizon Zero Dawn has an incredible narrative that might resonate with you.
Seems like a solid suggestion! I’ll dive into these since my nephew raves about Bloodborne too. Horizon Zero Dawn sounds like an emotional journey!
You should totally try out Returnal! It’s a mind-blowing experience!
Haha, you’ll twist my arm with that one! I’ve already experienced the brilliance of Returnal, it’s top-notch!
If you enjoyed the original Final Fantasy VII, definitely check out the remake and its sequel, Rebirth. They’re fantastic!
I played both, and they were a blast! Yuffie really stood out to me. Sharing the experience with my uncle who introduced me to the original was surreal!
Right now, I’m on Doom Eternal and it’s amazing! You should definitely give it a go, along with the 2016 version.
Doom on N64 was a childhood classic for me! I’ll be checking these out for sure.
The Witcher 3 is a must-play. Just be ready for a long, deep storyline. Also, DOOM 2016 is epic, and Baldur’s Gate 3 offers great RPG elements, but do be prepared for the learning curve.
Witcher 3 is high on my list! I’m excited to explore those worlds. I’m not huge on turn-based combat, but I might give Baldur’s Gate a look.
How’s Oblivion treating you? I haven’t gotten around to the Elder Scrolls games much, but I’ve heard great things!
