A lot of players are frustrated with the existing lockout system for ghouls and faction interactions in Fallout 76. I’m suggesting an update that introduces a “Ghoul Reputation” system for the Foundation and Crater factions. The idea is to make the daily quests for these factions meaningful again, allowing veteran players to earn faction reputation by completing these dailies. While the Brotherhood and MODUS will always remain hostile, I think this could be a fair compromise. What do you all think?

I’d love to see the Brotherhood actually shoot at you on sight if you’re a ghoul, and maybe feral ghouls could be less hostile as a perk, like the old Animal Friend perk. It’d be cool to even have a feral ghoul as a pet at your camp! But the disguise system is just a hassle, especially when there are already ghoul NPCs in Foundation and the Responders.
Honestly, that would be a nice addition! It might make the game feel a bit more balanced for ghouls.
No way. This whole system is just dumb. It should really just be removed entirely.
I think this setup works for now, but I’d really love to see a fresh start for ghoul characters. Maybe something like what we had in previous games?
I’m confused why Foundation has such an issue with ghouls when there’s already a ghoul settler hanging around there. Doesn’t make much sense!
Nah, no ghouls need to be in there messing things up. Honestly, the disguise looks worse than an actual ghoul face—stop trying to trick us!
