What CPU upgrade should I consider?

I’m currently using an Intel i7 10th gen with an RTX 3080 and I’m thinking about upgrading my CPU. I’d appreciate any suggestions on which CPU would be a good fit for my setup.

Budget matters here! If you have a good amount to spend, definitely aim for one of those newer Ryzen chips. They handle gaming like a pro and pair perfectly with your GPU. Just make sure whatever you choose doesn’t bottleneck your RTX 3080!

I’d suggest going for a Ryzen CPU! They’re performing really well right now. If you want top-of-the-line for gaming, you should check out the latest Ryzen 7 X3D chip, which is part of the AM5 platform. It’s fantastic for not bottlenecking your RTX 3080.
