I’m considering getting the remake of a game, and I have some questions about it. Specifically, I want to know if they made any significant changes:
1. Did they remove weapon durability?
2. Is there a guide for the speech check wheel?
3. Is lockpicking easier than before?
4. How well does it run on PS5?

Just to clarify about the weapon durability: it’s still there. And about the persuasion wheel, it’s now color-coded for each NPC, which makes it way easier to gauge their reactions rather than just relying on facial cues. However, I personally find the lockpicking harder now. Thirty hours in, and I’m still struggling, especially with Advanced locks—so be prepared to pack backup picks!
1. Nope, weapon durability is still in the game.
2. After your first interaction with an NPC, their preference segments get color-coded. More red means worse outcomes, while green indicates better chances! There’s also an in-game Help menu that can help you out.
3. Lockpicking feels about the same as it did before, so don’t expect it to be easier.
4. I can’t speak for the PS5 specifically, but overall performance isn’t perfect; it has some stability issues on various platforms.
I’ve put about 24 hours into the PS5 version. There are definitely some moments with choppy frame rates, mainly in certain areas, but overall it’s pretty playable. You might not consistently hit 60 fps, especially outdoors, but indoors it does well. Hopefully, they’ll improve the stability with future updates!
