I’m trying to tidy up my build by replacing the standard black cables that connect my GPU and motherboard because they look a bit messy. I’m pretty new to this and could really use some guidance on what specific cables I should look for. Here are my specs:
– Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B650-E
– CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2GHz
– RAM: Corsair 32GB 6000 RGB
– GPU: EVGA 3080
– 11 Noctua fans (mix of 120mm and 140mm)
– CPU AIO: Corsair iCUE Link H170i RGB
– Power Supply: Strix 850W FM 80+G ATX
– Case: DeepCool CH780
Any help on the types of cables I need would be greatly appreciated!

You’ve got a few routes you can take:
1. Get replacement cables that are specifically designed for your power supply unit (PSU).
2. Use cable extensions just for the parts you can see, which is an easier fix.
3. You could attempt a DIY method, but that’s risky and could lead to some serious issues if you mess it up!

Haha, definitely skipping option 3! I think I’ll go with the cable extensions then. If I tuck the ugly part behind the case, will it work out? And do you have any links to the cables I’d need for replacing them?
