Hey everyone! I’m getting back into the game and starting fresh with a new character. I’m curious about what the minimum SPECIAL stats are that I need in order to craft every item and building in the game. I appreciate any guidance you can give me. Thanks!

There’s no stat requirement for crafting and building, just what plans and materials you have. As long as you’ve got the right plans and enough materials, you can build anything! That makes things a lot simpler.
Actually, the SPECIAL stats don’t directly affect what you can craft or build. It’s really all about the plans and perk cards you have. They recently made it so the perks are less crucial for crafting, except for specific things like the Super Duper perk.
