What Are the Best Weapons and Are There Grenades in Warframe?

-

I’m curious about what weapons are commonly used in Warframe. While I know it’s a game where you can choose whatever you want, I’m interested to hear what weapons other players find effective or popular. Also, do we have proper grenades in the game, or are there alternatives?

There are definitely meta weapons like the Kuva Nukor and Torid incarnon that players often gravitate towards. Interestingly, while we don’t have traditional grenades, there are weapons and abilities that simulate them, like Protea’s or Vauban’s skills. So, you do have options!

Exactly! Just don’t get too stuck on the meta; having fun with whatever you enjoy is key.

Meta can change, too. Always keep an eye on updates!

Most weapons can be effective regardless of the level, but if you’re a newer player, I’d recommend trying the Ignis Wraith or Amprex. For melee, the Kronen Prime is a solid option that scales well. As for grenades, there aren’t any direct ones, but the Kuva Tonkor acts like a grenade launcher and is pretty powerful!

Cyb3rW1tch -

Yeah, and weapons like Torid and the newer incarnon weapons are doing really well in the meta right now.

KaoticDruid -

Right! Just remember that you can make almost any weapon work with the right mods.

It really depends on how you mod your weapons! You can run Steel Path missions with a variety of guns, even ones like the Stug or Kraken. However, some weapons stand out as being particularly good, especially the Adversary weapons like the Kuva and Tenet ones. The Cedo shotgun is also a solid choice. For grenades, we actually don’t have typical grenades like in other games, but there are Secondaries that sort of function like grenades, such as the Talons and Aegrit.

True! Plus, prime versions of weapons are usually way better than their regular versions.

GamerGal21 -

Don’t forget about the unique types like Pox! Those are basically explosive bags!

RogueT3nno -

Just remember that below certain levels, most weapons work perfectly fine. But as you reach higher levels, you might want to focus on more optimal choices. Have fun experimenting!

CrimsonWolf1 -

That’s the spirit! The game is all about adapting and trying new things.

ZephyrStorm -

:) Yup, and every weapon can shine with the right mods and support!

FlexiGr4vity -

If you’re looking for the best weapons, don’t just follow the meta blindly! Check out sites like overframe.gg for some rankings, but remember those can be outdated. It’s more important to find what suits your playstyle and needs!

Good call! Plus, discussing what frame you’re using can really change what weapon works best.

EpicGamer080 -

Exactly, the synergy between your frame and weapon can make a huge difference!
