I just wrapped up playing 1000xRESIST, and it totally left a mark on me! I’m not quite ready to move on, though. I’m looking for another game that can match that experience, ideally something in the same vein as Disco Elysium, Signalis, or SOMA. I’ve got my eye on Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 coming out tomorrow, which seems promising, but I need more recommendations. What are some life-changing games that you all think I should try?

Outer Wilds is a must-play! Seriously, do yourself a favor and go in without spoiling it. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
Firewatch is an emotional rollercoaster. I literally changed after playing it—definitely adding that to your list!
You can’t go wrong with Silent Hill 2, especially if you enjoyed Signalis. It’s intense and has that deep narrative vibe.
If you haven’t played Earthbound yet, it’s such a unique experience. It’s quirky but stays with you long after.
Control is amazing if you’re into bizarre narratives. It’s got that weird factor that really draws you in.
