Hey everyone, I’m diving into the world of modded games and fan-made experiences. I’ve found some like Gran Turismo 4 Spec II, Enderal, and Fallout London, but I’m eager to discover more hidden gems that aren’t always in the spotlight. I’m particularly interested in mods that expand or completely reimagine a game, or even create something entirely new. I’d also love to know about upcoming mods or compilations like Wabbajacks. Please share your favorites, and let me know about any awesome modding projects you’ve encountered!

“Age of Calamitous” is a killer mod for Conan Exiles. It basically adds a whole new layer to the game, turning it into a medieval fantasy world complete with quests and faction cities. It’s a major game-changer, that’s for sure!

The modding scenes for Rimworld and Stellaris are enormous! Rimworld’s “Vanilla Expanded” mods alone add tons of content. Stellaris has game-changers like “Giga” and “ACoT” plus a bunch of Star Trek and Star Wars mods that really shake things up. Both communities are on fire with creativity.
Dude, modded Minecraft can become a totally different game! The amount of variety available is mind-boggling. It’s interesting to see games like Factorio that are inspired by mods came about because of Minecraft’s mod scene.
If you’re into Morrowind, check out “Tamriel Rebuilt.” It’s a massive expansion project that’s been going on for years, adding whole new lands to explore. For Crusader Kings 2, there are overhauls like the Game of Thrones mod. And if you enjoy Mount & Blade: Warband, Brytenwalda was a pretty epic total conversion.
