I’m looking for recommendations on completely local games for Android devices that don’t require any internet connection and are designed for longer play sessions — ideally around 1 to 2 hours each. I’ve been trying to expand my gaming library, but many games need an internet connection for multiplayer features or server access, which is frustrating. Also, if possible, I’d prefer games with minimal data collection and ads that don’t disrupt gameplay. I’m already building an emulation library, but I’d love some suggestions for native games too!

If you’re into RPGs, Kotor 1 and 2 are classic choices. For something different, give the Infinity Engine games a try, but I suggest playing them on a tablet since they can be tough to manage on a phone.
You should definitely check out some Rockstar games! They’re generally solid and can keep you entertained for a while. Also, Grid Autosport is a great pick for racing fans.
I highly recommend Dead Cells and Gris if you’re into engaging gameplay. They both offer unique experiences and can easily eat up a couple of hours of your time. Shattered Pixel is also worth mentioning, especially if you like retro-style gaming.
