What Are Some Great Brain-Off Games to Chill With?

-

Hey everyone! I’m on the lookout for games that are super relaxing and don’t require much brain power to play. I like to listen to music or podcasts while gaming, so I’m after titles where the game sounds aren’t necessary. Currently, I enjoy surfing in source games like CSS and playing games like Banished, but I need more options for those times when I just want to unwind and idle play. Any suggestions, especially for games available on Steam? Thanks! ❤️

You should definitely give Powerwash Simulator a try! I love it because I can just zone out and listen to my favorite podcasts while cleaning everything up. It’s one of those super satisfying games where you don’t have to think too hard, but it keeps you busy with the satisfying cleaning mechanics. Plus, it’s just fun!

If you want something really chill, give Dorfromantic a shot. It’s all about placing endless tiles, and it’s super relaxing. Just sit back and enjoy the scenery without any pressure. You’ll love it!

This looks interesting! I’ll add it to my wishlist, thanks! :D

You gotta try out Vampire Survivors! It’s really simple and you just watch the chaos unfold. I picked it up planning to play for an hour, and before I knew it, I was six hours in! You get totally sucked into it, but it’s super low-key and great to vibe out to your music or podcasts. Oh, and if you’re looking for something slightly different but still chill, check out 20 Minutes to Midnight. It’s like a more action-packed version of that formula!

Totally agree! At first, it felt intense but now I just enjoy the carnage—it’s oddly satisfying.
