What are some cozy farming games with fantasy elements?

-

I’m on the hunt for a new cozy farming game that has a strong fantasy vibe. I prefer something that includes farming mechanics along with a bit of base or settlement building. The options out there feel overwhelming, so any recommendations would be super helpful!

Definitely check out the Rune Factory series. Rune Factory 4 is fantastic, and while 5 is okay, Guardians of Azuma just released and looks like it might be a fun addition worth trying.

Have you checked out the new Rune Factory game? I’ve heard it incorporates both farming and settlement mechanics, though there are combat elements, so you might want to consider if that’s a deal-breaker for you.

Wytchwood is a cozy crafting adventure about a witch collecting souls and crafting potions. It’s got that folklore vibe and is more about gathering items like herbs and fishing than combat. It’s a short but sweet experience if you like collecting and crafting!

Immortal Life is another gem if you’re into those Xianxia themes. It’s not solely focused on farming, but it does have elements that could tick your boxes!

Stardew Valley is kind of a classic, even if it feels overplayed. If you’re open to newer titles, Wyldeflowers has been getting some good buzz. I can’t personally recommend it yet, but it looks promising!
