Hey everyone! I’m getting back into Diablo 4 after its release, and this is my first season playing. My Druid is currently in Tier 2, and things are going pretty smoothly. I consider myself a casual player, so I’m not really looking to follow a specific build guide. I’m curious about which affixes on gear are generally considered more valuable when it comes to dealing damage. For instance, I’ve heard that straight damage percentage isn’t the best option. Any advice on this?

If you’re not sticking to a build, you really have to figure out which affixes work best for your playstyle. Generally, try looking for affixes that boost your effectiveness based on how you like to play—like if you enjoy crowd control, gear that enhances your damage against CC’d enemies could be more beneficial than just flat damage. It’s all about finding the right balance for how you like to engage in combat!
Totally agree! Also, it helps to pay attention to the skills you use most. If you find a skill you really like, prioritize items that enhance it. That way, you can build your gear around that skill and make the most of it!
