Trouble with Sims 4 Crashing at the Loading Screen

I’m having a major issue with my Sims 4 game. It won’t get past the loading screen and just shuts down, sending me back to the EA app. I’ve tried a bunch of things like removing custom content, repairing the game, restarting my PC, and even deleted my Sims folder to create a new one. Plus, I noticed that my male Sims are bizarrely wearing bras. I’m really hoping for any tips to get back to playing!

Are you on Windows? If so, it might help to try running the game in full screen mode; sometimes windowed mode can cause glitches. Just a thought!
