I am stuck in a looting animation. Aloy just keeps looting the body for every. Either she is stuck or she has found something very interesting and is having a hard time getting it! Is there a way to get out of this?

If you take damage, it will cause Aloy to break out of the animation and you will be free to run around again. I don’t think this fully fixes the issue though as the next time you loot, you will find yourself getting stuck in the same animation again. The only real way to get free when you are stuck looting a body is to reload your last game.
